Our Surgical Approach

The same planning frameworks used to teach implant residents are the ones used to plan your case.

A residency training site has to be repeatable. That standard shapes everything we do.

Planning visual

A case plan has to answer the hard questions before surgery starts.

The goal is not to force every patient into the fastest path. The goal is to understand anatomy, medical risk, bite forces, and restorative needs before an incision is made.

Process

Seven steps, with no surprises in between.

  1. 1

    Diagnostic gathering

Medical history, dental history, current imaging when available, and a CBCT taken in office. Photos for digital smile planning when relevant.

  2. 2

    Treatment planning

Surgical and prosthetic plans are reviewed together. We pick implant count, position, and sequencing based on bone biology, function, and aesthetics.

  3. 3

    Medical clearance

Coordinated with your other physicians when needed. We do not ask you to stop or start medications on your own.

  4. 4

    Surgical day

Sedation level matched to the case. Implant placement guided by digital planning. Immediate fixed provisional when biology supports it.

  5. 5

    Healing

Soft tissue and implant integration over weeks to months. Structured follow up at one week, one month, and as indicated.

  6. 6

    Final restoration

Bite refinement, photo finish, and delivery of the final bridge or crown. Adjustments included.

  7. 7

    Long term care

Annual review of implants, prosthesis, and surrounding tissue. Lab partner warranties up to ten years.
