Dr. Gray and the surgical team caring for a patient

For Referring Dentists

Built for clear handoffs and respectful collaboration.

We co-plan with your restorative team. We send the patient back to you. Your relationship with the patient stays intact.

What you can expect

Six standards that govern every referral.

You keep the patient.

We send the patient back to your chair when our surgical or implant work is done. Your restorative relationship is the long term relationship.

Clear handoff letters.

A written summary is sent at consult, at surgery, and at completion. Co-planned cases get a planning call before any incision is made.

No surprise plan changes.

If we recommend a different plan than what you sent the patient with, we call you first. The patient does not hear a contradiction in our chair.

Complex medical cases welcome.

Diabetes, anticoagulation, sleep apnea, prior radiation, bisphosphonate history. Medical clearance is coordinated here.

Implant system flexibility.

We use premium systems including TRI, Neodent, Nobel, AstraTech, and SIN. We will work within your restorative platform when compatible.

Predictable scheduling.

A dedicated coordinator manages the referral. Standard cases are seen within one to two weeks. Urgent infection and pain are seen within 24 to 72 hours.

Cases we are built for

  • Severe bone loss, vertical and horizontal
  • Failed implant revisions
  • Long term denture conversions to fixed full arch
  • Medically complex full arch candidates
  • Complex extractions adjacent to vital structures
  • Pre-prosthetic ridge preparation for your restorative plan
  • Sleep apnea surgical evaluation for CPAP-intolerant patients
