Implants and Dentures
The right plan for one missing tooth is rarely the same as for a full arch.
Single implants, multi-tooth bridges, and implant supported dentures all have a place. We tell you which fits your case before any treatment is scheduled.
Single implant with crown
Best for one missing tooth where the neighbors are healthy and worth preserving. A titanium implant supports a porcelain crown that looks and functions like a natural tooth.
- In-house surgical placement and prosthetic finishing
- Bone grafting included when needed and disclosed in writing
- Premium implant systems and lab partners
- Typical total: $3,500 to $5,500 per tooth (grafting separate when needed)
Multi-tooth implant bridge
For two or more adjacent missing teeth, two implants can support a small bridge. Often a better long term option than crowning healthy neighbors for a traditional bridge.
- Preserves bone better than a traditional bridge
- Removable for cleaning is not required
- Total cost varies with implant count and span
Implant supported denture (removable retentive)
An upgrade for patients who are tired of an unstable traditional denture but are not ready for a full fixed arch. The denture snaps onto two to four implants for retention and is removed for cleaning.
- Fewer implants required than a fixed full arch
- Far more chewing function than a traditional denture
- Removable for cleaning, retentive while in the mouth
- Typical total: $12,500 to $18,000 per arch (varies by case)
