Full Arch Implants

A fixed, permanent replacement for a full upper or lower set of teeth.

Four to six implants support a zirconia or hybrid bridge. Many patients leave their first surgical visit with a fixed provisional in place. Some cases benefit from staging.

What it is

Full arch means the entire upper or lower row of teeth.

Instead of replacing each missing tooth individually, four to six implants act as anchor points for one custom bridge that looks and functions like a full set of teeth.

  • Material. Zirconia for the final bridge in most cases. Hybrid acrylic on titanium for select cases.
  • Implant count. Four when bone biology supports it. Five or six in soft bone or for added redundancy.
  • Provisional. A fixed temporary bridge is placed when the implants achieve adequate primary stability. Staged cases use a temporary while implants heal.
  • Final. A bite-tested, photo-finished zirconia bridge is delivered after healing and refinement.

What a typical timeline looks like

  1. Consultation and CBCT review.
  2. Treatment plan with inclusions and total cost range in writing.
  3. Medical clearance coordinated with your physicians as needed.
  4. Surgical day with sedation. Immediate fixed provisional placed when safe.
  5. Soft tissue and implant healing over weeks to months.
  6. Bite refinement and final bridge delivery.
  7. Follow up at one week, one month, six months, then annually.

Same day fixed provisional is appropriate for many but not all patients. The plan is set by biology, not by the calendar.

Honest pricing

Total cost ranges, with inclusions, before any treatment.

We do not lead with monthly numbers. Ranges depend on implant count, bone grafting, sedation needs, and the final material chosen with you.

ScopeTotal cost range (per arch)Typical inclusions
Fixed full arch (immediate provisional when safe)$22,000 to $35,000Implants, fixed provisional, final zirconia bridge, planning, sedation
Implant supported denture (removable retentive)$12,500 to $18,000Two to four implants, retentive denture, one year maintenance
Staged grafted full arch$28,000 to $42,000Bone grafting, staged implant placement, fixed final, extended timeline

Ranges are typical. Your written estimate is built from your exam and CBCT, not from a brochure number. Financing is available through outside lenders. Approval, rate, and monthly payment depend on credit and the lender.

Who full arch is right for

  • Failing or hopeless upper, lower, or both arches
  • Long term denture wearers who want stable fixed function
  • Severe wear, gum disease, or trauma that compromises remaining teeth
  • Patients seeking a permanent solution rather than repeated repairs

Who full arch may not be right for

  • Active uncontrolled periodontal disease that is treatable first
  • Salvageable remaining teeth where targeted single implants serve better
  • Patients not ready to commit to follow up and home care
  • Active medical conditions that need treatment before any surgery

If full arch is not the right plan, we will tell you so and explain what is.
